ReturnCue has no account, sign-in, profile, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, merchant login, developer database, or third-party cloud AI provider.
Permissions and user-selected access
Camera access is used only when you choose to scan a receipt or evidence. Photos and Files are accessed through Apple's system pickers only for items you select. Notification permission is optional and is used for neutral local deadline reminders.
Local and cloud processing
Vision OCR, deterministic extraction, optional Apple on-device intelligence, case storage, evidence organization, and export generation run on the device. ReturnCue does not upload this content to a developer or third-party server.
Purchases and payment handling
ReturnCue Pro Lifetime is a non-consumable in-app purchase. Apple processes payment and purchase restoration. The app and developer do not receive or store payment card details.
Data sharing and third parties
The app includes no advertising, analytics, tracking, crash-reporting, cloud-AI, or data-broker SDK. Data leaves the app only when you explicitly export and choose a destination in Apple's system share sheet. Apple handles App Store transactions under Apple's own policies.
Retention and deletion
Cases and evidence remain in the app container until you delete a case or remove the app. Deleting a case removes its locally stored source and evidence. Exported files are controlled by the destination you selected.
Children's privacy
ReturnCue AI is a general shopping utility and is not directed to children. The developer does not knowingly collect information from children through the app.
International transfers
Return records are not transferred by the developer because they are not sent off the device. Apple may process App Store transaction information under Apple's own policies.
