FAQ
Does AI decide whether my return is eligible?
No. AI only organizes text from a source you provide. You confirm the saved facts, and ReturnCue never guarantees merchant eligibility or a refund.
Does the core app work offline?
Saved cases, OCR, evidence, reminders, and export work without a ReturnCue server. StoreKit purchase checks and public help pages require Apple or web connectivity when used.
When does a document leave my device?
Only when you explicitly choose a destination in the system share sheet. The developer does not receive your documents.
