DraftCull AI Support

Help for each cleanup step.

Find setup guidance, folder-access help, purchase restoration, privacy details, and troubleshooting for the local version-cleanup workflow.

Getting started

Tap Choose a folder, select a folder in Files, review every likely version family, adjust the keeper when needed, then inspect the Safe Cleanup Plan before confirming.

Files picker and folder access

DraftCull does not request broad photo, camera, contacts, tracking, or location permission. Access begins only after you choose a folder in Apple's system Files picker.

Purchases and restore

Open Settings, choose View Pro Lifetime, and confirm the StoreKit purchase. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account if an existing lifetime unlock is not shown.

Local by design

Apple NaturalLanguage tokenization and deterministic DraftCull rules process selected file names, dates, sizes, fingerprints, and corrections on-device. Recipient: none. Nothing is sent to the developer or any AI service.

Troubleshooting

If no version family is found, confirm the files are readable, share a common base name, and include signals such as version numbers, draft, final, approved, or signed. No files are moved when no family is found.

If export cannot finish, check free device storage, reopen the project, and try again. Exported files appear only after you choose a destination in the system share sheet.

If DraftCull Pro does not load, check the device connection and App Store account status, then tap Retry App Store. Restore Purchases remains available. A pending purchase stays locked until Apple completes approval.

Contact
