No. Apple NaturalLanguage tokenization and deterministic rules run locally. No file, metadata, correction, or report is sent to an AI provider or developer server. You choose every file before anything moves.
Does the core app work offline?
Scanning, recommendations, staging, restore, decision memory, and report generation work without a DraftCull server. StoreKit and public help pages need Apple or web connectivity when used.
When does information leave my device?
Only when you explicitly export a report and choose a destination in the system share sheet. The developer does not receive your documents or reports.
