Files and Photos access
SourceTwin receives only locations or images you select through Apple's pickers. It does not request full photo-library, camera, contacts, location, microphone, or tracking access.
Reviewing a candidate group
Use Compare for page evidence. Choose the suggested safe set only after checking it, keep all when uncertain, mark files as different documents, decide later, or undo.
Purchase and restore
Open Settings or the export plan to view SourceTwin Pro Lifetime. Apple shows the current price. Restore Purchases checks the same Apple Account for the non-consumable product.

FAQ
What are the workspace limits?
Free scans allow up to 20 supported files and 100 analyzed pages. Pro Lifetime allows up to 500 files and 2,000 pages per workspace.
Which files are supported?
PDF, JPEG, PNG, HEIC or HEIF, and TIFF are supported in version 1.0.
What happens to an encrypted or unreadable PDF?
It is marked as unanalysed or unreadable and remains preserved. SourceTwin never silently removes a file because analysis failed.
What does known-document memory store?
It stores local identity fingerprints and safe-set filenames, not full OCR text. You can clear this memory in Settings.
Troubleshooting
If no candidate group appears, confirm that the files are supported and readable. Different formatting, low OCR quality, or too little shared page evidence may keep files separate. You can still export every selected snapshot.
If import fails, confirm the file is downloaded to the device, readable in Files, and within the current file limit. Reopen the picker and select the item again.
If export fails, check free device storage and retry. SourceTwin publishes a verified receipt only after every included copy passes SHA-256 verification.
If Pro is unavailable, check App Store connectivity and storefront status. A pending purchase stays locked until Apple finishes approval. Use Restore Purchases for an existing Lifetime purchase.
