Help for your local cleanup workflow.

Find concrete guidance for import, column rules, review, export, privacy, and troubleshooting.

Start with a supported file

Choose a UTF-8 CSV or TSV from Apple's Files picker. The picker exposes only the file you select, and the original file is never edited.

Build and reuse a recipe

Choose which column checks to run and confirm standard values. Saved recipes retain headers and rules, never the imported table rows.

Review proposed changes

Open each issue to compare the original and replacement. Approve only changes you want; rejected values remain untouched in the exported table.

Export and share

After review, create the cleaned table, PDF audit, JSON change record, and recipe file. Use Apple's share sheet to choose a destination.

Privacy and local data

There is no account, cloud upload, developer server, analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDK. Delete the app to remove its saved recipes and settings.

File limits

Use UTF-8 CSV or TSV files within the limits shown in the app. Very large or malformed files are rejected before analysis with a specific message.

Troubleshooting

If a file cannot be imported, confirm it is UTF-8 text, has a consistent delimiter, and is not empty or still downloading from a cloud storage provider.

If a saved recipe does not match, open the file without it and map the current headers. Recipes match column names; they do not contain source rows.

If export fails, confirm there is free device storage, run the review again, and choose a destination from Apple's share sheet.
