Privacy Policy
RowTidy AI is local-first. The developer does not receive imported tables, headers, rows, cleaning rules, decisions, audit records, or exported files.

The developer does not collect personal data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, diagnostics through a third-party SDK, file contents, filenames, cleaning decisions, purchase history, or location. No account is created.
Permissions and selected files
Files are opened through Apple's system picker, which provides only the item you select. RowTidy does not request Photos, Camera, Contacts, Microphone, Location, Calendar, Notifications, Bluetooth, or Local Network access.
Local processing and AI boundary
Parsing, deterministic checks, review decisions, and export run on the device. Optional Apple NaturalLanguage suggestions also run on the device. RowTidy uses no developer server, remote account, cloud AI, or third-party model provider.
Data stored on the device
An imported table remains in memory for the active workflow. Saved recipes retain column headers and confirmed rules, not imported rows. Settings and recipes remain in the app container until you delete them or remove the app.
Purchase and payment handling
RowTidy AI is a paid App Store download with all features included. Apple handles the purchase, payment details, Apple Account information, taxes, and refunds. The app has no in-app purchase, subscription, or external payment.
Sharing and third parties
RowTidy includes no ads, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, third-party crash-reporting SDK, social service, or third-party AI provider. An export leaves the app only after you choose a destination in Apple's share sheet.
Retention and deletion
Imported rows are released when the active workflow ends and are not saved in recipes. Delete a recipe inside the app when it is no longer needed. Removing the app deletes its local container. Files already exported remain wherever you saved them.
Children's privacy
RowTidy is a general-purpose productivity utility and is not directed to children under 13. It has no account, advertising, chat, social features, or user-generated-content service.
International transfers
RowTidy does not send app content to the developer, so the developer does not transfer table data between countries. Apple may process purchase and platform-service information under its own policies.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed behavior is released.
