Added, removed, and changed labels describe file differences. Security-sensitive categories provide factual context, not a safety verdict.
Why values are redacted
Passwords, secrets, tokens, credentials, private keys, identities, PKCS#12 data, and binary values are hidden while the report still records that a setting changed.

ProfilePreflight Pro Lifetime is one non-consumable purchase. Restore Purchase checks the same Apple Account. There is no subscription.

Why can a file not be imported?
Confirm that it is a readable XML or binary property list with a PayloadContent array and a .mobileconfig extension.
Why does an identical pair show no review?
ProfilePreflight requires a meaningful difference between BEFORE and AFTER. Select two different profile versions.
Can support inspect my configuration profile?
Do not email configuration profiles or secrets. Send only the app version, device and OS version, the visible error text, and reproducible steps.
Troubleshooting
- Reopen Files and confirm the selected file is available locally rather than waiting for a cloud download.
- Confirm the file is not an encrypted or signed container that cannot be read as a property list.
- Start a new review and import BEFORE again before choosing AFTER.
