ProfilePreflight Privacy Policy
ProfilePreflight is a local analysis utility. It creates no account and has no developer backend, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, or tracking.
Information collected
The developer does not collect configuration profiles, comparison contents, saved reviews, exported reports, identifiers, usage analytics, or advertising data from the app.
Files access
The app reads only .mobileconfig files that you explicitly choose through the system Files picker. It does not browse or upload unrelated files and does not install the selected profile.
Local processing and redaction
Parsing, comparison, category classification, redaction, saving, and report generation occur on the device. Secret-like keys and binary values become redaction markers before display or report generation.
Purchases
The one-time Pro purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The developer does not receive payment-card details; the app reads only the verified entitlement state.
Sharing and third parties
ProfilePreflight contains no advertising, analytics, remote AI, crash-reporting, or developer-server SDK. Data leaves the app only when you explicitly export or share a report. Apple processes purchase activity under its own terms.
Retention and deletion
Saved reviews remain in the local app container. Delete saved reviews in the app or delete the app to remove its container. Reports already exported remain wherever you chose to save or share them.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International transfers
The developer does not transfer app content because it does not collect it. Apple may process purchase information according to Apple's own policies and service locations.
Changes to this policy
If app behavior or this policy changes, the updated date and disclosures on this page will be revised before the change is represented in the App Store.
