Privacy Policy
PracticeMint AI is local-first. The developer does not receive worksheet images, equations, learner aliases, confirmed results, feedback, or exported files.

The developer does not collect personal data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, diagnostics through a third-party SDK, worksheet content, learner aliases, purchase history, or location. No account is created. Data entered or generated in the app remains in local app storage unless you explicitly share an export.
Permissions and selected files
Camera permission is used only when you choose to scan a worksheet. Photo Library and Files access use Apple system pickers and provide only the item you select. PracticeMint does not request contacts, microphone, location, calendar, notification, Bluetooth, or local-network permission.
Local processing and AI boundary
Apple Vision and VisionKit recognize text on the device. A deterministic local math engine grades only equations you confirm. When available and enabled by Apple, on-device Foundation Models may phrase feedback from already-verified facts. PracticeMint uses no developer server or third-party cloud AI.
Purchases and payment handling
The optional PracticeMint Pro Lifetime purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Apple handles payment details, Apple Account information, taxes, refunds, and transaction processing. The app reads only the entitlement needed to unlock Pro features.
Sharing and third parties
PracticeMint includes no ads, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, third-party crash-reporting SDK, or third-party AI provider. A PDF or CSV is shared only after you choose a destination in Apple's system share sheet. Apple platform services operate under Apple's terms and privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Original worksheet images are not saved by default after recognition. Confirmed equations, learner aliases, and saved review results remain in local app storage until you delete them or remove the app. Delete All Local Data removes learner aliases and saved reviews from the device. Files you previously exported remain wherever you saved them.
Children's privacy
PracticeMint does not require a real learner name; a nickname or class label can be used. Because the developer collects no personal data and provides no account or social features, the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents, guardians, and educators should review worksheet content before sharing an export.
International transfers
PracticeMint does not send app content to the developer, so the developer does not transfer worksheet or learner data between countries. Apple may process purchase and platform-service information under its own policies.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed behavior is released.
