Get help importing notices, reviewing extracted items, exporting action packs, using Calendar, or deleting local records.
Getting started
Open PaperCue AI and choose Scan or import notice. Select Camera, Photos, or Files. After recognition finishes, open the notice and review each candidate before confirming it.
Troubleshooting
If little or no text is found, use even lighting, keep the page flat, avoid blur, or choose a text-based PDF. If Calendar access is denied, enable write access in iOS Settings or continue using PDF and CSV export.
Delete local data
Open a notice, choose the menu, and select Delete. Deleting the app also removes its local records. Files already exported through the share sheet are controlled by their destination.
Contact support
Email us with the app version, device model, iOS version, and a description of the problem. Do not email private notice contents unless you intentionally choose to share them.
