PaletteCard is a local color-decision utility. The developer does not collect, upload, sell, or track personal data.

Photos and device access
PaletteCard uses Apple's system photo picker. The app can read only a photo you explicitly select and does not request broad photo-library permission. It does not use the camera, contacts, location, health data, microphone, Bluetooth, or notifications.
Local processing
Palettes, sampled colors, comparisons, and decisions are processed and stored only on the device. A selected photo is used transiently for local sampling and is not uploaded or stored in the PaletteCard archive.
Purchases and payments
PaletteCard is sold as a paid App Store download. Apple processes the purchase. The app has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, or external payment flow and does not receive payment-card data.
Sharing and third parties
There are no analytics, advertising, tracking, crash-reporting, cloud-storage, or AI SDKs. Exported files leave the device only when you choose a destination in Apple's system share sheet. Public web and email links open only after an explicit tap.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains on the device until you delete individual swatches or decisions, choose Erase All Local Data in Settings, or remove the app.
Children's privacy
PaletteCard is a general shopping utility and is not directed to children. Because the app does not collect data, it does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
International transfers
PaletteCard does not transfer app records internationally because app content is not sent to the developer or an external service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date identifies the latest version.
