Information collected
MasterKeep does not send personal information, selected media, filenames, folder paths, SHA-256 values, Vision feature prints, crop-aware normalized-pixel comparison results, thumbnails, timestamps, relationship decisions, export contents, diagnostics, analytics, advertising identifiers, contacts, location, or usage history to the developer.
Data we do not collect
MasterKeep has no account, sign-in, profile, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, developer media database, third-party crash-reporting SDK, or developer or third-party cloud AI provider.
Permissions and user-selected access
Folder access starts only after you choose a location in Apple's Files picker. Version 1.0 does not request Photos library, camera, microphone, contacts, location, notifications, local-network, Bluetooth, HealthKit, or tracking permission. A File Provider may download a remote placeholder you selected under that provider's behavior. MasterKeep does not upload it.
Local and cloud processing
SHA-256, media-property reading, representative video frames, on-device Vision feature prints, deterministic crop-aware visual comparison, grouping, deterministic explanations, decisions, and export selection run on device. Visual comparison is supporting evidence only and requires separate filename or folder context. On eligible iOS 26 devices, Apple Intelligence may optionally phrase already-verified structured facts. It never chooses a master, changes a score or relationship, selects files, or performs file actions. Deterministic local wording remains available on iOS 18. MasterKeep uses no developer or third-party cloud AI.
Purchases and payment handling
MasterKeep Pro Lifetime is one non-consumable in-app purchase with product ID com.vshia.masterkeep.pro.lifetime. USD 8.99 is the intended US reference price; Apple displays the current local price before confirmation. Apple processes payment, storefront pricing, transaction verification, entitlement, refund or revocation effects, and restoration. MasterKeep and the developer do not receive or store payment-card details. There is no subscription.
Data sharing and third parties
MasterKeep includes no advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud-AI, data-broker, or third-party crash-reporting SDK. An export leaves the app only after you choose a destination in the system share flow. Apple handles App Store transactions. A selected File Provider handles its own file transfer. vshia.com and Apple's EULA site receive ordinary web requests only when you open those links.
Retention and deletion
Relationship decisions and export receipts remain in the app container. Removing MasterKeep removes that container under iOS behavior. Copies you previously shared outside the app remain controlled by the destination you chose. The selected source folder remains outside the app and MasterKeep never renames, moves, overwrites, or deletes its files.
Children's privacy
MasterKeep AI is a general productivity utility and is not directed to children. The developer does not knowingly collect information from children through the app.
International transfers
The developer does not transfer selected media or local analysis because MasterKeep does not send them off the device. Apple may process App Store transaction information, and a File Provider or opened web link may use normal internet routing under that provider's policy.
