Help with audits and delivery packages.
Email support@vshia.com with FinalFolder version 1.0, your device model, OS version, language, and steps that reproduce the issue. We normally reply within two business days.
Start an audit
Open FinalFolder, choose a built-in or custom blueprint, select Audit a Folder, then choose one folder in Apple’s Files picker. Access begins only after your selection.
Review findings
Assign an existing file to a missing requirement, include or exclude a flagged file, review a privacy warning, or change only the export-copy name. The source is never renamed, moved, or deleted.
Create and share a package
Resolve required and privacy findings, create the package, preview files with Quick Look, and use the system share sheet for the ZIP or complete delivery package.
Adaptive Delivery Memory
Your confirmed assignments and reviews improve future matching. FinalFolder stores only normalized terms and decision counts—not document bodies, extracted passages, protected locations, or raw filenames.
Troubleshooting
If a folder is unavailable, select it again in Files. If an export fails, check free device storage and choose another destination. Symbolic links are not followed, and unreadable files are excluded by default.
