Plain-language summary

FinalFolder is a local-first iOS app. The developer does not receive your selected folders, filenames, document contents, findings, decisions, Delivery Memory, manifests, exports, diagnostics, identifiers, or usage activity.

Folder access

FinalFolder uses Apple’s Files picker. It receives access only to the folder you select and only for the work you request. The source folder is treated as read-only; every export is a new copy.

Local processing

Filenames, metadata, supported text and PDF content, exact duplicate hashes, and privacy patterns are processed on the device. Extracted text is discarded after the audit. There is no developer backend, cloud AI, cloud sync, or remote account.

Delivery Memory data

Delivery Memory stores normalized matching terms and decision counts in the app container. It does not store document bodies, extracted passages, security-scoped locations, or raw filenames. You can clear it in Settings.

Sharing and third parties

FinalFolder contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, social, cloud-storage, third-party AI, or crash-reporting SDK. Exported files leave the app only through a destination you choose in Apple’s share sheet.

Payment

FinalFolder is a paid App Store download with all features included. Apple processes the app purchase. FinalFolder has no subscription, in-app purchase, external payment, or payment-card storage.

Retention and deletion

Local blueprints, history, settings, and Delivery Memory remain until you delete them or remove the app. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them.

Children’s privacy

FinalFolder is a general-purpose productivity utility and is not directed to children under 13. It has no account, social, chat, or user-generated-content service.

Policy changes

We may update this policy if app behavior changes. Material data-handling changes will also be reflected in the App Store privacy disclosure.
