Data we do not collect
ApplyArc has no account, sign-in, profile, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, recruiter login, developer database, scraping service, or third-party cloud AI provider.
User-selected access
Files and Photos are accessed through Apple's system pickers only for items you select. The Share Extension receives only the item you explicitly share. ApplyArc does not request Contacts, Location, Health, microphone, or notification permission.
Local and cloud processing
Vision OCR, deterministic extraction, optional Apple on-device Foundation Models analysis, record storage, evidence mapping, backup, and export generation run on the device. ApplyArc does not upload this content to a developer or third-party server.
On-device intelligence boundary
When compatible Apple on-device models are available, ApplyArc may use them to organize source-backed requirements. Otherwise deterministic rules are used. Results remain editable, original excerpts stay visible, and no remote AI service receives the content.
Purchases and payment handling
ApplyArc Pro Lifetime is a non-consumable in-app purchase. Apple processes payment and restoration. The app and developer do not receive or store payment card details.
Data sharing and third parties
The app includes no advertising, analytics, tracking, crash-reporting, remote AI, or data-broker SDK. Data leaves the app only when you explicitly export and choose a destination in Apple's system share sheet. Apple handles App Store transactions under Apple's policies.
Retention and deletion
Opportunities and evidence remain in the app container until you delete them or remove the app. Delete All Local Data removes locally stored opportunities, sources, evidence, and next actions. Exported files are controlled by the destination you selected.
Children's privacy
ApplyArc AI is a general productivity utility for managing applications and is not directed to children. The developer does not knowingly collect information from children through the app.
International transfers
Application records are not transferred by the developer because they are not sent off the device. Apple may process App Store transaction information under Apple's policies.
