No. ApplyArc organizes only the source and evidence you provide. It does not create an ATS score, monitor recruiters, predict hiring, or guarantee an interview or offer.
Does the core workflow work offline?
Saved opportunities, evidence mapping, deterministic analysis, and export work without an ApplyArc server. StoreKit checks, public help pages, and Apple on-device model availability depend on their platform services.
When does a document leave my device?
Only when you explicitly choose a destination in Apple's system share sheet. The developer does not receive your job posts, resumes, evidence, backups, or exports.
