Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

TableSnap AI does not collect personal information, scanned images, table contents, exported files, identifiers, analytics, diagnostics, location, contacts, payment details, or usage history. The app contains no advertising or tracking SDK.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect names, email addresses, account credentials, photos, document contents, extracted text, financial information, device identifiers, IP addresses, or precise or coarse location.

2. Permissions

Camera: Used only after you choose to scan a paper table. The camera output is passed to Apple’s document-camera interface and processed locally.

Photos: The system photo picker gives the app access only to images you select for import. TableSnap AI does not browse your full photo library.

Files: The system file picker gives temporary access to a PDF or image you select. Export uses the system share sheet.

3. Local and cloud processing

OCR uses Apple Vision on the device. Table structure inference, cell review, editing, persistence, PDF creation, CSV creation, XLSX creation, and JSON creation also occur locally. TableSnap AI has no backend, cloud synchronization, analytics service, crash-reporting service, or external AI provider.

4. Purchases

TableSnap AI is distributed as a paid App Store download and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Apple processes the purchase and may handle transaction information under Apple’s own privacy policy. The app does not receive your payment card details.

5. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, share, or transmit app data to third parties. When you intentionally export or share a file, the destination you select through the iOS share sheet receives that file under its own terms.

6. Retention and deletion

Saved table documents remain inside the app’s local container until you delete them, delete all local documents in Settings, or remove the app. Exported files are controlled by the destination where you save them. We cannot recover deleted local data because we do not possess a copy.

7. Children

TableSnap AI is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children. Because no personal information is collected or transmitted to us, we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. International transfers

App content does not leave the device for processing by us, so TableSnap AI does not perform international transfers of your scanned images or table data.

9. Changes

If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed behavior is released. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
