SiteClose AI is designed to organize closeout evidence locally on your iPhone or iPad.

Information collected
We do not collect personal information, project names, room names, photos, observations, issue records, identifiers, diagnostics, analytics, advertising data, or tracking data through the app.
Camera and photo access
Camera permission is requested only when you choose to take a photo. The system photo picker receives only the photo you explicitly select and does not grant broad Photo Library access.
Local processing
Supported Apple on-device models and the app's deterministic organizer process your written observation on your device. No third-party or cloud AI provider receives project content.
Purchases
The app is a paid download. Apple processes the App Store purchase. The app has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, payment forms, or external checkout.
Sharing and third parties
The app includes no analytics, ads, crash-reporting SDK, social SDK, marketplace integration, or third-party data processor. Exported content is shared only to destinations you choose in the iOS share sheet.
Retention and deletion
Projects, photos, and issue records stay on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them.
Children's privacy
SiteClose AI is a professional productivity tool and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect information from children.
International transfers
The app does not transmit project content to our servers, so the app does not perform international transfers of that content.

We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date on this page identifies the latest version.
