1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how RunSlate, published by Hainan Weixia Software Development Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use the RunSlate app for iPhone and iPad.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect personal data through the RunSlate app. RunSlate has no account system, backend service, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, crash-reporting SDK, or cloud AI provider.
3. Permissions
RunSlate requests no camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, photo-library, notification, health, motion, Bluetooth, local-network, or tracking permission. Live Activities, widgets, Spotlight, Shortcuts, and the system share sheet use Apple platform capabilities without asking RunSlate to collect those protected data categories.
4. Local processing and system surfaces
Planning, timing calculations, drift projections, history medians, cost calculations, and export generation occur on your device. The RunSlate app and its widget share current run-sheet state through an Apple App Group container on the same device. A Live Activity may show the current segment and timing on system surfaces. RunSlate does not operate a server that receives this content.
5. Purchases and payment handling
RunSlate offers RunSlate Pro Lifetime as a non-consumable in-app purchase. Apple processes the transaction through the App Store. We do not receive your payment-card number or Apple Account credentials. Apple's StoreKit may provide the app with signed transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock or restore Pro. Apple's handling of App Store transactions is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
6. Exports and sharing
RunSlate can create PDF, CSV, ICS, and JSON files on your device. A file leaves RunSlate only when you choose a destination through the iOS or iPadOS share sheet. The destination app or service you select handles that copy under its own privacy practices. Review a file before sharing it if your run sheet contains confidential information.
7. Public web pages
RunSlate does not automatically contact our marketing, support, or privacy pages. If you tap a public-page link, your browser makes a normal web request. Our web host may process standard request information such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, and user-agent data for delivery, security, and short-term server logs. Do not include confidential run-sheet content in a support email.
8. Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell or share app data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or AI providers. Apple provides the operating system, StoreKit purchase processing, Live Activities, widgets, Spotlight, Shortcuts, and the share sheet. Any sharing destination is selected by you.
9. Retention and deletion
App content remains on your device until you delete a run sheet, delete its history through the app's data relationships, or uninstall RunSlate. Uninstalling normally removes the app's local containers according to iOS or iPadOS behavior. Exported files remain wherever you saved or shared them and must be deleted from those destinations separately.
10. Children's privacy
RunSlate is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13. Because the app does not collect personal data or provide accounts, advertising, social features, or user-generated-content services, it does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
11. International transfers
Run-sheet content does not leave your device through RunSlate's operation, so we do not transfer that content internationally. If you choose an export destination, open a public web page, or email support, the provider you select may process that communication in other regions under its own terms.
12. Security
RunSlate relies on iOS and iPadOS application sandboxing and local Apple platform storage. No method of storage is guaranteed to be risk-free. Protect your device with a passcode and review exported files before sending them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if RunSlate's features or data practices change. We will publish the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date. A material change to app data handling will also be reflected in App Store privacy disclosures.
14. Contact
For privacy questions, email support@vshia.com. Please include the app name and version, but do not send confidential run-sheet content.
