Starting a docket
Open Docket, enter the zone and expected end time, then confirm the remaining optional details. You can add a photo from the camera or system photo picker.
Location, camera, and notifications
Each permission is optional and requested only after you choose the related action. Location is one-shot When In Use access, notifications are local, and the system photo picker does not grant broad library access.
Exporting records
End a docket, open Export, select completed records, and create the package. Choose PDF, CSV, JSON, or ZIP from Apple's share sheet. Files already saved elsewhere must be deleted at that destination.
If saving or export fails
Restart ParkDocket and repeat the last step. If the problem continues, email support@vshia.com with the app version, device model, and exact steps. Do not send sign or receipt images unless you choose to share them.
