Getting Started

Offer Library

Create an offer with terms you can verify, build a checkout from confirmed prices, select the relevant offers, and run the calculation.

Calculation

If a result differs from a merchant checkout, verify price, shipping, fees, threshold basis, expiration, caps, exclusivity, and offer order against the current merchant terms.

Exports

Open a saved plan, prepare the files, and choose PDF, CSV, or JSON. The system share sheet controls the destination.

Delete Data

Delete one saved plan from its detail page, or delete every local offer and plan from Settings.

Purchases and payment handling

Apple processes the paid app purchase. To download it again, use the same Apple Account in the App Store purchase history.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does OfferKnot find live coupons?

No. You enter offer rules from terms you can verify. OfferKnot does not scrape prices or merchant accounts.

Are gift cards counted as savings?

No. Gift cards can reduce cash due today, but OfferKnot keeps them separate from true savings.

How is cashback shown?

Cashback is displayed as a later, unconfirmed amount until you actually receive it.

Does the app recommend buying more to unlock a deal?

No. It shows any threshold gap, but it never recommends an extra purchase.

Is there a subscription?

No. The complete app is included with the paid download.

Troubleshooting

  1. Confirm that at least one basket item has a price greater than zero.
  2. Check that the intended offers are enabled and selected for the checkout.
  3. Confirm each threshold basis, cap, exclusivity group, and expiration date.
  4. Close and reopen the app if local content does not refresh as expected.
  5. If the problem continues, email support with your iOS or iPadOS version and the steps to reproduce it. Do not include checkout details unless you choose to share them.
