MarginCard Privacy Policy

MarginCard is designed as a local pricing worksheet.

Information collected

MarginCard does not collect personal data from you. Price cards, presets, settings, and exports are stored locally on your device.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect names, email addresses, account identifiers, location, contacts, photos, payment account details, browsing history, marketplace credentials, analytics events, tracking identifiers, crash analytics, or advertising identifiers.

Permissions

The core app does not require camera, photo library, location, contacts, microphone, health, or tracking permission. Sharing uses the system share sheet only when you start an export. Import uses the system file picker only when you choose a JSON backup.

Local processing and cloud processing

Calculations and exports happen on device. MarginCard does not provide cloud sync or marketplace login.

Purchases and payment handling

MarginCard is a paid download on the App Store. Apple processes the app purchase. The app has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, ads, or external checkout.

Sharing and third parties

We do not share app data with analytics, advertising, AI, marketplace, or cloud providers. If you export and share files, the destination you choose is controlled by you and by iOS.

Retention and deletion

Local cards and presets remain on the device until you edit or delete them, delete all app data in Settings, or remove the app from the device.

Children

MarginCard is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's data.

International transfers

MarginCard does not transfer app data from your device to our servers.
