ManualFlow AI processes selected manuals on your device and does not collect personal data.

Information we do not collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, identifiers, usage analytics, diagnostics, purchase history, advertising data, location, contacts, photos, manual contents, or exported files.
Files and photos
You choose individual PDFs through the system file picker or individual images through the system photo picker. ManualFlow AI receives only the items you select and does not request broad photo-library access.
Local processing
PDF reading, optical character recognition, parsing, checklist progress, and export generation happen on your iPhone or iPad. The app contains no backend, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, crash reporting service, or cloud AI provider.
Purchases
ManualFlow AI is a paid download. Apple processes the App Store purchase. The app has no subscription or in-app purchase and does not receive your payment details.
Sharing and third parties
We do not share app data with third parties. Data leaves the app only when you use the system share sheet or export a file to a destination you choose.
Retention and deletion
Imported sources, checklists, and schedules remain on your device until you delete the manual or remove the app. Deleting a manual removes its saved source and generated record from the app.
Children's privacy
ManualFlow AI is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not collect personal data from any user.
Policy changes
If the app's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed behavior is released.
