Information collected
FillProof AI does not collect personal data, form contents, profile values, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, location, contacts, or account information. There is no account.
Permissions
Camera access is used only when you tap Scan to photograph a form. Files and Photos use Apple system pickers and expose only the item you select. FillProof AI does not request broad Photo Library access.
Local processing
PDF rendering, text recognition, field suggestions, profile storage, review, and export run on the device. There is no cloud AI processing or backend service.
Purchases and payment
FillProof AI is a paid App Store download with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Apple processes the purchase and may handle payment data under Apple’s privacy policy; FillProof AI does not receive payment-card details.
Sharing and third parties
The app contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, crash-reporting, cloud AI, social, or third-party data-collection SDK. Files leave the app only when you use the system share sheet.
Retention and deletion
Forms are stored in the app container and profile values in the device Keychain. Delete individual forms from the list or use Delete all local data in Settings. Uninstalling the app removes its local app data.
Children’s privacy
The app is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect information from children because it does not collect user data.
International transfers
No app data is transferred internationally because FillProof AI does not send form or profile data off the device.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated page will show a new effective date. Material product changes will be reflected in the app and App Store disclosures.
