Information collected
Hainan Weixia Software Development Co., Ltd. does not receive or collect personal information, household content, usage events, or device identifiers through ChoreCadence AI.
Data we do not collect:
- Accounts, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or profiles
- Room names, task text, completion history, plans, notes, or reminder settings
- Precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, audio, health, financial, or payment-card data
- Advertising identifiers, analytics, crash reports, diagnostics, browsing history, or tracking data
Permissions used
Notifications: optional local reminders require Apple’s notification permission. Permission is requested only after you turn on reminders in Settings and continue from an explanatory screen. If you decline, reminders stay off and the rest of the app remains available.
The app does not request access to photos, camera, microphone, contacts, location, health data, Bluetooth, local network, or tracking.
Local and on-device processing
Rooms, tasks, plans, completion history, cadence values, preferences, and reminder state are stored in the app’s local container. The cadence engine and all PDF, CSV, and ICS export generation run on device.
On eligible iOS 26 devices, Apple’s Foundation Models framework may draft editable task suggestions on device. When the system model is unavailable, the app uses deterministic templates bundled with the app. ChoreCadence does not send task text to a developer server or third-party AI provider.
Purchases and payment handling
ChoreCadence AI is distributed as a one-time paid download. The app has no subscription, consumable purchase, non-consumable in-app purchase, paywall, or restore-purchases flow.
Apple processes App Store purchases under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices. The developer does not receive your full payment-card number.
Data sharing and third parties
The developer does not sell, rent, share, or transmit app content or usage data because the developer does not collect it. There are no analytics, advertising, cloud-storage, crash-reporting, social-login, or external AI providers embedded in the app.
If you export a file and choose a destination in Apple’s system share sheet, that destination receives the copy you chose to share and handles it under its own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain in the app container until you delete individual records, remove rooms or tasks, use “Reset all local data” in Settings, or remove the app. Device backups may retain app data according to your Apple backup settings.
The developer cannot retrieve or delete local data on your behalf because the developer does not receive it.
Children’s privacy
ChoreCadence AI is a general household organization tool and is not directed to children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other user.
International transfers
ChoreCadence does not transmit app content or usage data to the developer, so the app does not create an international transfer of that data. Apple may independently process App Store transaction information under Apple’s policies.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before the changed behavior is released. The effective and last-updated dates above identify the current version.
