On-device analysis

WallBrief AI recognizes physical board notes on your device and keeps you in control of every result. Nothing is uploaded. Review every extracted field before saving.

Data collection

WallBrief AI does not collect personal information. It has no account, backend, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, or tracking SDK.

Camera and photos

Camera access lets you photograph a physical board. Recognition happens on this device, and you can import a photo instead. The system photo picker lets you choose an image without granting broad photo-library access.

Storage and deletion

Board images, recognized text, review state, and export files are stored locally. The app marks its board storage as excluded from device cloud backups. All board images and recognized notes will be permanently removed from this device.

Exports and sharing

Exports are created locally. Data leaves the app only when you explicitly select a destination in the iOS share sheet.

Payments

WallBrief AI is a paid download. Apple processes the purchase. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, credits, or paywalls.

Children and transfers

The app is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children. Because the developer does not collect app data, there is no developer-operated international data transfer.
