Find answers for creating boxes, searching items, exporting labels, and using BoxNest Pro.
Getting started
- Create a box, choose its room and status, then add items with quantities, notes, categories, or photos.
- Use Search, scan a BoxNest QR label, or enter the printed box code manually.
- Use Backup in Settings to export a JSON file. Restoring a backup replaces the current local inventory after confirmation.
- Pro users can share QR label PDFs, inventory PDFs, and CSV files from a box or the full inventory.
Purchases and limits
The free plan includes 3 boxes and 30 item entries. BoxNest Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase for unlimited records, batch text recognition, and PDF or CSV export. Restore Purchases reconnects an existing Apple purchase.
